Cerro Porteño edged out Sportivo Ameliano, 2x1, on Wednesday, relating to matchweek 15 of the Liga Paraguaia Clausura. Coming into the contest, Francisco Arce's team came from three wins, and Juan Pumpido 's team came from a draw.
