PAOK get the better of Olympiacos

PAOK triumphed over Olympiacos in a close win on Monday, 1x2, on matchday 8. In this competition, Piraeus's team came from two wins, and Salónica's team came from a draw.

In an unlucky moment Sokratis Papastathopoulos scored an own goal with 9 minutes on the clock. After 37 minutes, James Rodríguez struck for Olympiacos, assisted by Oleg Reabciuk.

Khaled Narey netted the last goal after 56 minutes.

After the result PAOK are 4th in the table, with 15 points, while Olympiacos sit 5th place, with 14 points. In their next fixture, Razvan Lucescu's team will host Asteras Tripolis, whilst Míchel's team will play away against Panetolikos.
