Juventus overcame Lecce in a close win on Wednesday, 2x1, relating to matchweek 33 of the Serie A. Coming into the contest, the Bianconeri came from a draw, and Marco Baroni's team came from a win.
The opening goal was scored by Leandro Paredes after 15 minutes. In the 37th minute, Assan Ceesay struck for Lecce, from the penalty spot. Dusan Vlahovic scored the winner after 40 minutes.
After the result Juventus are 2nd in the table, with 63 points, while Lecce sit 16th place, with 31 points. With regard to the next fixture, the Bianconeri will play away against Atalanta. Meanwhile, Marco Baroni's team will play at home against Hellas Verona.
