Tigres defeated Toluca, 4x1, on Thursday, in a match relating to the quarter-finals of the México Clausura.
In the 8th minute, Leonardo Fernández opened the scoring for Toluca. After 14 minutes, Sebastián Córdova struck for Tigres. Robert Siboldi's team scored their second goal of the game through André-Pierre Gignac, with 31 minutes on the clock, from the penalty spot. In the 45th minute, Tigres extended their lead with a goal from Juan Vigon.
In the 72nd minute, Nicolás López netted the final goal of the game.
In relation to forthcoming league matches, Tigres will play away against Toluca.
