Derry City beat KuPS, 2x1, on Thursday, in a match relating of the Europa Conference League [Qualifiers]. Both Ruaidhri Higgins's team and Jani Honkavaara's team held their first game in the competition.
The opening goal was scored by Axel Vidjeskog shortly before the interval, from the penalty spot.
After 69 minutes, Will Patching fired home for Derry City. Cian Kavanagh scored the winner in the 79th minute.
