Vorskla move on to the next round of Women Champions League

Vorskla beat FC Flora in a extraordinary win on Wednesday, 4x3, in a match relating of the Women Champions League. Both Nataliya Zinchenko's team and Aleksandra Sevoldajeva's team held their first game in the competition.

With 27 minutes on the clock, Nicole Kozlova opened the scoring for Vorskla. After 38 minutes, Lisette Tammik fired home for FC Flora. In the 44th minute, Yana Kotyk struck the second goal for Nataliya Zinchenko's team.

After the break, Mari-Liis Lillemae fired home Aleksandra Sevoldajeva's team second goal. After 78 minutes, Jessika Uleksin struck for FC Flora. In the final minutes of the game, Kateryna Korsun fired home for Vorskla.

Roksolana Kravchuk scored the winning goal in the final minutes of the game. In the closing stages of the game, Aleksandra Sevoldajeva's team saw Kelly Rosen get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

Thanks to this result, Vorskla are through to the next round of the competition. With regard to the next fixture, Nataliya Zinchenko's team will play against ZNK Osijek, whilst FC Flora visit SFK 2000 Sarajevo.
