Boavista put to the sword at home by Farense

Farense overcame Boavista in a win on Sunday, 1x3, in a game related to matchweek 11 of Primeira Liga. Coming into the contest, Petit's team came from two defeats, and José Mota's team came from two wins.

The first goal was scored by Elves Baldé with 28 minutes on the clock, with a right-foot strike inside the penalty area.

Deep into added time, Fabrício Isidoro struck the second goal for Farense, with a right-foot shot from outside the penalty box. After the result Farense are 8th in the table, with 16 points, while Boavista sit 9th place, with 15 points. Next up, José Mota's team will host Vitória SC, whilst Petit's team will play at home against FC Arouca.
