Charleston Battery beat Indy Eleven in a fantastic win on Saturday, 2-4, in a match relating to the Grp.East of the USL Championship.
After 19 minutes, Emilio Ycaza opened the scoring for Charleston Battery. In the 27th minute, Tega Ikoba struck for Indy Eleven. With 28 minutes on the clock, Sebastián Guenzatti scored the second goal for Sean McAuley's team. Shortly before the interval, Nicholas Markanich struck the second goal for Ben Pirmann's team.
In an unfortunate moment Macauley King scored an own goal after 75 minutes. In the final minutes of the game, MD Myers wrapped things up.
With regard to the next fixture, Charleston Battery will play away against FC Tulsa, whilst Indy Eleven visit Colorado Springs Switchbacks.
