Mikhail Ignatov opened the score early in the game. After 15 minutes, Quincy Promes doubled the lead for Spartak Moskva.
Maksim Osipenko netted the last goal in the 81st minute from the penalty spot.
After the result Spartak Moskva are 6th in the table, with 24 points, while FK Rostov sit 11th place, with 17 points. Next up, Guillermo Abascal's team will play away against Baltika Kaliningrad. Meanwhile, Valery Karpin's team will host Nizhny Novgorod.
