Germany edge past Netherlands

Germany edged out Netherlands in a close win on Tuesday, 2-1, in a match relating of the National Team Friendlies .

The opening goal was scored by Joey Veerman early in the game. Joey Veerman reaching the landmark of five goals for the season. With 11 minutes on the clock, Max Mittelstadt fired home for Germany.

Niclas Füllkrug netted the last goal in the 85th minute.

With regard to the next fixture, Germany will play at home against Ukraine, while Netherlands will host Canada.
