Utah Royals defeated North Carolina Courage in a close win on Friday, 2-1, in a match relating of the NWSL.
The first goal was scored by Kate Del Fava after 15 minutes. After 26 minutes, Ashley Sanchez fired home for North Carolina Courage. Allyson Sentnor netted the last goal with 30 minutes on the clock.
After 58 minutes, Malia Berkely had a golden opportunity on his feet to score but missed a penalty. In the 59th minute, defender wasted the chance to score.
In relation to forthcoming league matches, Utah Royals will play away against Washington Spirit, whilst North Carolina Courage will host Gotham FC.
