Alavés run out winners versus Sevilla

Alavés defeated Sevilla in a thrilling win on Monday, 4x3, in a game related to matchweek 2 of La Liga. In this competition, both teams came from a defeat. Kike García was on fire.

The opening goal was scored by Luis Rioja with 7 minutes on the clock. In an unlucky moment Abdel Abqar scored an own goal after 15 minutes. Sevilla scored their second goal of the game through Erik Lamela, in the 41st minute. Shortly before the interval, Rubén Duarte fired home Alavés second goal.

After 54 minutes, Kike García struck for Luis García's team. With 59 minutes on the clock, Alavés increased their lead with a goal from forward. Rafa Mir netted the last goal in time added on.
