Oakland Roots SC defeated El Paso Locomotive in a close win on Saturday, 2-3, in a match relating to the Grp.East of the USL Championship. Johnny Rodriguez made a tremendous game.
The first goal of the game was scored by Amando Moreno, after 13 minutes. With 31 minutes on the clock, Niall Logue fired home for Oakland Roots SC. Shortly before the interval, Justin Dhillon fired home El Paso Locomotive second goal, from the penalty spot.
After the break, Johnny Rodriguez scored the second goal for Noah Delgado's team. In the 51st minute, forward wrapped things up, from the penalty spot.
With regard to the next fixture, Oakland Roots SC visit Detroit City . Meanwhile, El Paso Locomotive visit Tampa Bay Rowdies.
