Atalanta move on to the next round of Europa League

Atalanta edged out Sporting in a close win on Thursday, 2-1, in a match relating to the Last 16 of the Europa League. The first leg fixture ended in a 1-1 draw.

The first goal of the game was scored by Pedro Gonçalves, with 34 minutes on the clock.

In the 46th minute, Ademola Lookman struck for Atalanta, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty box. Gianluca Scamacca netted the last goal after 59 minutes.

Thanks to this result, Atalanta are through to the next round of the competition.
