Lorca CF move on to the next round of Copa del Rey

Lorca CF edged out Unionistas de Salamanca, 2x1, on Wednesday, in a match relating of the Copa del Rey. Both Germán Álvarez's team and Roberto Aguirre's team held their first game in the competition.

After 33 minutes, Lorca CF saw Gerard Artigas get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. The first goal of the game was scored by Guille Andrés, after 34 minutes. Shortly before the interval, Andrés Navarro fired home for Germán Álvarez's team.

Cifu scored the winner in the final minutes of the game.

Thanks to this result, Lorca CF are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Germán Álvarez's team will play at home against Cultural Leonesa.
