Liverpool edged out Chelsea, 2x0, on Sunday, in a game relating to matchweek 34. Both Jürgen Klopp's team and the blues held their first game in the competition.
The first-half ended without any goals.
Sadio Mané opened the score after 51 minutes, through a header. Mohamed Salah netted the last goal with 53 minutes on the clock with a left-foot strike from outside the penalty box.
