Chelsea triumphed over Sheffield United in a win on Saturday, 4x1, in a game relating to matchweek 8. To this matchweek, London's team came from a win, and Sheffield's team came from two defeats.
In the 9th minute, David McGoldrick opened the scoring for Sheffield United, from a corner, laid on by Sander Berge. After 23 minutes, Tammy Abraham struck for Chelsea, with a right-foot strike, after an assist provided by Mateo Kovacic. With 34 minutes on the clock, Ben Chilwell scored the second goal for Frank Lampard's team, from a corner, assisted by Hakim Ziyech.
