Neftchi beat Dinamo Tbilisi in a close win on Wednesday, 2x1, in a match relating of the Champions League [Qualification]. Samir Abasov's team beat Kakhaber Tskhadadze's team, 2x1, in the first leg of the tie.
The first half came to an end without goals.
The first goal of the game was scored by Milan Radin, with a right-foot shot inside the box, in the 51st minute. After 58 minutes, Emin Makhmudov struck for Neftchi, from the penalty spot. Namiq Alasqarov scored the winning goal after 68 minutes with a right-foot strike inside the penalty area.
With this result, Neftchi are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Samir Abasov's team visit Olympiacos.
